By accessing, enrolling in, or using our fragrance education platform (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and students. Additional terms may apply to specific courses, promotions, or features and will be presented at the time of purchase or access.
You may need an account to access certain modules. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid offerings may include subscriptions, cohorts, or one-time purchases. Prices, taxes, and billing frequency are shown at checkout.
Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only if modules were not started/consumed beyond previews, unless local law requires otherwise.
If we detect abuse (e.g., excessive content consumption followed by refund requests), we may deny refunds to the extent permitted by law.
All course videos, lesson text, worksheets, formula guides, and other materials (“Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Content for personal, non-commercial learning during your enrollment period.
You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. This includes interfering with platform integrity, security, or other users’ learning experience.

If a course offers a certificate, eligibility depends on completion of required lessons and any assessments. We may withhold or revoke certificates if we detect academic misconduct or account misuse.
Certificates are for educational recognition and do not guarantee employment or professional licensing.
We may update or discontinue features, modules, or Content, and we may modify these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or compromise platform security.
The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
